Simplified Tuning in instruction

Step 1: Select an unused channel on your TV set.

Step 2: Press Menu / Preset / Install / Set or P/C

Step 3: Press Tune or Channel Setup

Step 4: Press Manual Program

Step 5: Scan UHF frequency until you receive okto channel.

Step 6: Press Menu / Preset / Set / Store or Exit to save the channel

For cable and iptv subscribers please press ‘8’.

Tuning Specifications

okto is carried on UHF frequency 543.25Mhz from Master Antenna TV and UHF frequency 503.25Mhz for homes that have SCV TV sockets installed.

Automatic Scanning and Programming
Automatic scanning and programming of the TV set is advised only if the user wants to reset all receivable channels. If the user wishes only to add okto to the existing TV channels currently stored, the manual method is advised and is described below:

Manual Scanning and Programming
The manual tuning-in procedures will vary according to different TV set models, and viewers are advised to refer to their TV operating manuals for specific tuning-in instructions.

The generic tuning-in procedures are:

Select an unused channel on the TV set.

2. Press the TUNING button on the TV remote control or at the front panel of the TV set, commonly labeled as [PRESET], [INSTALL], [SET], [P/C] or [MENU>TUNE>MANUAL]. If the TV set does not have any of these buttons, please refer to the TV manual.

3. Start tuning by pressing or selecting the VOLUME +/- button or the CHANNEL UP/DOWN button on the TV remote control until the okto Preview Screen appears on the screen.

4. Press the STORE or MEM button on the TV remote control to store the tuning.

5. Press the MENU or PRESET button to end or exit the tuning procedure.

For TV Receiver connected to an SCV set top box (StarHub SCV subscriber)
No tuning is required
The channel is available on Channel 08

For TV Receiver connected to a MIO TV set top box (SingTel MIO TV subscriber)
No tuning is required
The channel is available on Channel 08
